However, the room felt a bit claustrophobic and needed better lighting. The service is outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and even assisting with booking experiences like a private romantic picnic. The location is picturesque, perfect for unwinding, and surrounded by fantastic wineries and biking paths. The dining experience is delightful, offering delicious dishes and thoughtful touches, although service could be inconsistent at times. The facilities are top-notch, providing all the amenities needed for a luxurious stay.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were cosy and spacious, complete with an open fire in the lounge room and a comfy king-size bed in the boudoir. My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms had everything we needed to complement our stay and offered beautiful views of the winery and nearby bushland. While my room on the front of the building was spacious and comfortable, I felt it lacked a bit of coziness for the price paid. However, the walls were a bit thin, and noise from reception could be bothersome in the morning. The service was exceptional, with the Hotel Manager even driving us to and from our dinner reservation in her own car. The location was serene and beautiful, offering a relaxing escape. The dining experience was outstanding, especially enjoying the outdoor spa, and the facilities were well-appointed.
